Australians love shit being flung, most hate Gillard and especialy hate powerful labour women, so much of this will probably stick even though Bishop is a figure of ridicule. Her theatrical posturing and facial expressions in the House are enough to turn the punters off, but she on dubious consolation is she is turning herself into the proverbial old hag in the prices and becoming uglier by the day as far as I can see. Posting that on an obscure discussion board that is read by few people, and in the comfort zone of anonymity afforded by a nick, is one thing. Putting it up on Twitter where it's so public that the entire universe gets to see who the author is, is something else again. I trust that guy Gibons has been carpeted in Albanese's office, and given a well-deserved bollocking in Gillard's office.

Just when the Opposition's "slush fund" distraction is starting to rebound on the Opposition, so that Julie isbecoming the story instead of Julia - along comes Gibbons to show just what a douchebag he is and provides the Liberals with a distraction from their distraction.
